I have listed down locations for all possible Health Upgrades which indeed come in very handy. Most of these upgrades are pretty easy to find and are located inside different vaults. Picking up all of these Health Upgrades will mark the total HP at 200. Just like Armor Upgrade, each of these Health Upgrades increase HP of your character by +10.
Wolfenstein: The New Order Health Upgrades Locations There are a total of 10 Health Upgrades located in the Campaign Mode of Wolfenstein: The New Order which tend to increase the overall HP of your character.
